Art Director

Lip Comarella, born in the heart of the Alps in the very north of Italy, is currently based in Los Angeles. He is an award winning visual development artist, animation director and founder of the studio Salon Alpin. At the moment he is an Art Director at Netflix. Lip focuses on simple, emotional storytelling as well as tool agnostic design and communication principles.

Over the recent years his projects have been honored with awards like the Annie Award in 2019, two Apple Design Awards in 2017 and 2019 and several Cannes Gold Lions.
